With warmth, sincerity, and authenticity, I welcome people who seek to heal wounds of the past and achieve peak levels of performance.

With expertise in the areas of trauma, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC, I aim to serve the unique needs of each individual. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and use it to treat anxiety, depression, work stress, and trauma. My perspective on systems of oppression and their impact on people, especially those belonging to marginalized communities is highly specific. My capacity to empathize, validate, and normalize many common human experiences results in decreased pathologizing and increased healing.

My lighthearted yet clinically sophisticated approach to mental health care promotes results in short order. If you've experienced trauma, neglect, invalidation, microaggressions, abuse, assault, or simply feeling anxious and/or depressed, you may be able to heal these experiences by seeking me out for compassionate care.
